11. Digital Product License

When you purchase a digital product from The Real AI Agents, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal, professional, or internal business purposes, unless the product page states otherwise.

You may not sell, resell, redistribute, repackage, publicly share, upload, transfer, sublicense, give away, or claim ownership of any TRAIA digital product, prompt guide, Canva template access link, downloadable file, bonus example, or related material.

You may not use TRAIA digital products to create competing products, prompt packs, template bundles, courses, coaching resources, paid communities, memberships, client deliverables, or commercial resources without written permission from The Real AI Agents.

If a product includes Canva template access, that access is provided only to customers who purchased the product. Do not share the Canva template link publicly or with people who did not purchase the product.

12. Checkout, Payments, and Order Information

We do not offer refunds simply because a buyer changed their mind, no longer wants the product, did not read the product description, purchased the wrong item, lacks the tools needed to use the product, expected different results, or did not use the product.
