Product Eligibility

  • Eligible Products: Wall art canvas, posters, signs, apparel, home and office accessories.
  • Non-Eligible Products: Digital downloadable files for personal use (non-refundable) and custom orders.

Conditions for Returns

  • Return Condition: Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the purchase date.

Return Process

  • Initiate Return:
    • Google Form: Use the provided link (will be shared via email).
    • Email: Contact us at therealaiagents@gmail.com to receive the return form link.

Shipping and Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Prepaid Return Label: We will email a prepaid return label once the return is authorized.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 72 hours upon receiving the returned item.
  • Partial Refunds: Not applicable; only full refunds for eligible returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Provider: Printify handles the replacement of all non-digital download products.
  • Replacement Policy: Defective or incorrect items can be replaced within 30 days of delivery.
  • Request Process: Contact us with pictures/videos of the defective item(s) for a free reprint or refund request. We will submit a request on your behalf to Printify.
